Im interested in someone that has CMS features to monetize whitehat content that was demonetized for bullshit reasons. Im sure they would be interested given the traffic it still moves.

My question is: How do you know if they are legit? How does this process look like? Is there a contract? How much cut do they get? Who holds copyright of my work when they apply and for how long? what sort of information do you need to give them in order for them to claim it? what are trusted payment methods? What about Youtube itself? are they ok with this? what are the risks? and anything else I should need to know. If anyone knows any trusted names in this field let me know, thanks.

You can see if they have an official website, or they can just show you via screen shots.

Yes, there is usually a contract.

I've seen anything between 10%-50%. It really ranges!

You hold all copyrights if they are yours. CMS owners do not own your content unless they have an O&O account (owned and operated).

It depends on what types of claiming you want them to do. There's visual assets, and music assets.

You can use PayPal, or wire transfer, or whatever the CMS offers.

Risks with working with CMS/MCN is if they go under or the CMS is taken away from the company, you may not get your money - but this risk lies with any company.
