Developing a bulk SMS api to contact customers

Hello community, my objective in this topic is to discuss how to make a mass SMS messaging API. This is due to the lack of explicit content on the internet that helps developers develop this API, which is being sold for a very high price in the market. One of the cheapest APIs I found and as a developer I made several quotes and to send 100k SMS we would have an approximate cost of 7k dol, so the objective is for the community that supports open source to help us arrive at a common API. Well, I'm still at the beginning of construction and I basically started researching, and I ended up finding some equipment that seems to be suitable for developing this API. The first tool I acquired "Gsm Sim Cards 4g, Ec25"

So from this I need to know if anyone here has already developed it and if I'm on the right path?

Why would you need this hardware for an SMS API?... You think it's a good idea to swap SIM cards manually or even use a robotic arm? xD

I know there's a lot of sim farms out there providing sms services. But as someone who has tons of experience in SMS marketing: I stay far away from Sim routes and that's also the exact reason why I believe there is a lack of knowledge about this topic.

Yes of course, I need to make a profit from this SMS API. We found some that were already functional but I couldn't find them with a good cost benefit so we decided to develop our own, but of course I hadn't developed an API like that yet and when I went hunting it was already full of scammers. The majority without any business profile, all with various models of keeping a domain up and running, and many failing, or even without a TLS certificate.

I understood that this hardware, through chip connection modules, has a communication protocol with the computer via USB. I would insert the chips manually, and then I would have to install software for communication, and send the messages through a spreadsheet upload with the numbers to trigger.

if you plan to only send 100k I doubt this would be worth the trouble getting into. but if you plan to offer it as a service it might make him to rent out a single slot after you have developed your API that might be profitable and worth the trouble.

but if you have no desire of doing that and just need something that you can use to send few hundred thousand messages I think there are cheaper/same range and less trouble alternatives that you haven't explored

se você planeja enviar apenas 100k, duvido que valha a pena entrar. mas se você planeja oferecê-lo como um serviço, isso pode fazer com que ele alugue um único slot depois de desenvolver sua API, o que pode ser lucrativo e valer a pena.

mas se você não deseja fazer isso e só precisa de algo que possa usar para enviar algumas centenas de milhares de mensagens, acho que existem alternativas mais baratas/mesmas e com menos problemas que você não explorou

What alternatives would these be? because the one I explored had a sending cost of 0.03 dollars per SMS, that's for every 100,000 contacts of 3,000 dollars, which is quite expensive, as it is a system that serves medium-sized companies that want to do their marketing in their units, and they now need to communicate via SMS. So, as we are trying to bring it to a lower cost and have more sales, we need to actually own the API, as this cost is high. but 100k per month would be a great start with cheaper options. I plan to offer it as a service, what do you mean it rents a single slot after developing my api? And because as a developer I don't think there is an instruction to develop this API, what are its secrets, why is it so rare and expensive?
