How improve faceless AI chanel on yt?

Hi,

I created new chanel at december 23 then after several weeks started to upload videos.
1st day : 1video 2:30 lenght 23 views
2 day : 1 video 3:30 lenght 25 views
3 day: 1 video 7:30 lenght 10 views
6 day: 1 video 5:00 lenght 5 views
9 day (today): 1 video 6:00 lenght 3 views

Is it normal that only few views appears?

How can i improve my chanel faster? I though it will be hard but also though it will be several hundred of views. Any suggestions or advices would be great. Maybe I should go to shorts niche? What experience do you have?

Well I though longer is better. More detailed story, more images, more animation. Is it wrong should i stick for shorter videos?

Stick to short videos for now, that way you get quality views.

With only 9 videos, what more do you expect ? I have seen creators trying from one year posting many videos daily to get noticed. YouTube needs lot of hard work now. You also need to be smart with keyword research.

Forget about AI and make real videos with face. You will create a face value for the channel which will give you lot of sponsorships.

A little bit of update. Well i leaved long videos and started upload one short per day. Views and subscribers go up as rocket. Now every short gets atleast 2-4k views and most popular has 20k. While longer videos still siting with few views.

Well shorts helped a lot good week and now i have about ~200 subs and every day increasing. Also more then 100k views.

What do you mean? There is chanels which videos created videos using AI and earn quite good money.

One warning about this is that the subs that come from shorts generally don't make good long form video viewers. There are examples of channels with 3 million subscribers from shorts that get less than 1k views on their normal videos.

AI niche becoming harder to monetize, but I know some people doing good money. contents are good, and they pioneered these ideas, so their accounts are legacy, now its overdone.
