The best way is to rely on him to manage it or use US 4g mobile proxies for the account when managing it yourself.

If you can setup a USA proxy on your device (VPNs not recommended, their IPs widely known to TikTok and manage the connections accordingly), you should be good to go from there. Mobile proxies, preferred. Look around the Marketplace section for seller posts.
