I see YT is literally spammed with your watermaked videos so I wouldn't be surprised to see fultiltpoker taking some actions about that. Why? Well, read carefully their TOS and Agreement about spam.

Is there anything illegal about being an online poker affiliate (in the U.S.), or is it just playing online poker that is illegal? Normally I would figure the risk was so low, and the law so obsolete that the feds wouldn't care, but for some reason they are going after online poker sites and players now. I just want to make sure poker affiliates don't have to worry about being next, before I join their ranks.

Wow, its been about 12 hours and about 300 video's up with my business cards floating around, i gave a few thousand to friends to put at their work-place and i got over 700 new signups + the ones from last nite!! all on the PRP or whatever it is rate, and if each one puts in at least $10 and i get a 20% commission with 950 people thats about $1,900!

Online poker is not illegal. Handling deposits for online gambling is illegal, the UIGEA law only affects banks, credit card companies & payment processing companies.

Yes I was thinking the same, may be is already some how expert in youtube, I managed to download around 200, now I will need to rename all the files and may be convert to mpeg, I think I will upload to other sites too, youtube is a happy banner, at least if my account get banned, while I reupload, I will stil get some conversion from the the others tube sites.

I downloaded one video from pokertube and edited the end and reupped it to YT, Rejected to long. Took almost all day to download and upload.

How are you downloading your vids and how do you shorten them?

Ever heard about Windows Movie Maker!!!!! Cut the vid at about 10 minutes and make 2 parts of it.

be creative and you'll find your way around the wave. a lot of people give up after they don't see initial results to their liking so there is always profit to be made in the long term...especially, in the gambling industry

I've only water marked the few hundred I've put up. Should I have used a text link too? Hmmm, I don't suppose it really matters as I use a code not an affiliate page. You really need to find videos that aren't already on youtube and similar sites. First 25 I put on were just the same old crap, but now I'm putting up fresh content and I'm getting decent views.

It's actually quite addicting.

it is a pain for me for downloading videos from any video sites. most of videos are large and will take you a long long time for downloading. anyone can recommend one software can download any videos fast ? thanks!

Okay I think I found a program that would aid in DL and Uploading quicker. So if I just edit the vids a little bit. YT should accept them as different , is this correct?
