Twitter account on a new device typically won't cause a shadow ban unless there's rule violation or suspicious behavior

This is just from my personal experience, but I believe that ALL new accounts initially start out shadowbanned. And by "new accounts", I mean those beginning on January 1st, 2023. I made a new account in December of 2022, and the sign up process (and the next day warnings) did NOT occur. I haven't had ANY shadowban experience with that new account in December...at least not like the new accounts I made this month.
