Why would you do any of that? You leave bot footprint you get shadow banned, simple as.

Making bulk accounts on the same device without proper setup also does that to the fresh accounts. Hard to say for sure what else exactly causes shadowban.

Don't waste your time waiting for shadowbans to be removed. There's no specific timeframe for its removal.
