It's been 7 days since I added views. I see some traffic coming from various keywords but video doesn't really rank under desired keywords.

What do you think? Should I use only high retention views? I used from another provider and they worked. The problem was the price - 3 times higher than here.

After checking, it turns out that the channels exposed with that keyword have a high number of subscribers
I will provide you with a test balance of 2$, so please try to increase your subscribers as well
Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me about the retention rates of other provider
