MobileHop was down for a few hours yesterday yes. There was a number of things causing it but our engineers were able to get it back up and everything is working now.

past couple of days proxy been working painfully slow/almost unusable. my renewal date is very close, idk if i should go ahead and renew this time. i'm a long time customer and this problem pops up again and again. my username is same as my bhw username, you can check

We just upgraded and updated a lot this past day. We are always proactively watching, updating, and monitoring. You should see a big improvement.

Just in case anyone was trying to post on our thread yesterday and found it being locked and saying we canceled. It was an error on BHW side with regards to our auto-renewal. Everything is fixed now.
