Can't add billing method

Ive tried to add a multiple cards to multiple different pinterest ad accounts, it only worked once and since then ive been met with an error message every single time.

Anyone else had this problem too? Any solutions?

Pinterest is seeing that you're using a prepaid card, use real cards to get over it

I have also had an error for 4 days when adding a payment method, I think my card must have a problem with the bank.

if you use a virtual card, don't do this, use a real card. i think pinterest may only accept credit cards. i suggest you read the payment method section.

So sorry. If virtual cards were easily added, we wouldn't have to go to the bank to open additional credit cards. Listening to you, I know you don't know anything about advertising

it can vary from country to country. in my country, I can handle most things from mobile banking without going to the bank.

I am encountering the same issue. I used my Wise card last year, but since it expired, I am unable to update my payment method with both Wise physical and virtual cards.

Add your payment information

1. Login to your Pinterest business account .
2. Click the menu icon in the top-left corner of your screen.
3. Under Business, select Billing.
4. Select Payment settings in the left-side navigation.
5. Click Billing information.
6. Enter your billing address.
7. Add your primary credit card information.
