Iam looking to expand my knowledge and ways of earning money.

What are some good ways of finding clients, my service will be selling websites.

Iam comfortable with wordpress I can also code in html, css, javascript, php and sql. And I got some knowledge about SEO.

How would you find clients using this skillset? And where?

Develop simple software, app, plugin, theme, etc. on your spare time.

You should advertise and work at less price for initial good reviews. A good place to advertise can be this forum itself.

i made 3 gigs recently got a couple 100s views, i also completed 2 order where on of them gave me a 5* review, i will try making 7 gigs and seeing how it goes, what is a good way of making gigs that rank high?

If you are starting out and wanna do web design for a while, i would suggest you to learn webflow and focus on that. Its on rise and its getting 1.5 million visitors per month (i checked yesterday on semrush). Very less competition compared to wordpress.

i will try reddit first, and check the rest after that. i dont have a portfolio site yet tho

In my opinion,use social media and a good website to show your work.Get referrals from happy clients and attend local events to meet potential clients ,do great work,so people talk about you positively
