What are the SPECIFIC foundational backlinks any website should have ?. For example:

Facebook
Twitter
LinkedIn
YouTube
Instagram
Snapchat
Pinterest
Flickr
Skype
Twitch
Blogger
Digg
Tumblr
Medium

From that list I would not consider Blogger, Tumblr and Medium, foundational links, neither Digg and Flickr

Just FB, TW, Linkedin, maybe Youtube and Pinterest

What about the links on Twitch, Skype, Snapchat, and Instagram? I've never heard of them

I've got this list from Google Bard, some of them are of course wrong, but some might be helpful:

You could get a VA to build out these links for branded purposes and to claim your brand name

For most sites, I'd say focus on where your audience hangs out. If you're in B2B, LinkedIn is a goldmine. If your audience is younger, platforms like Instagram and Snapchat are more relevant. Content-focused? Then Medium, Blogger, and maybe Tumblr are your go-tos.

Sure, but i'm talking specifically for SEO purposes
