If you are running MRR then you must know that TT algo has become advance af, which required longer warm-up phase + higher the spending.
Plus 0$ deal or any deal that under $10 is a big sus for TT review team. Especially 0$ deal, your campaign survive a day top with that price

Imagine the disappointment when spending 1000$ on wh ad, and than trying to run the bh ad and get that nice instant red suspend message.
Or for no reason tiktok decides to suspend the account after 900$ spend on wh. That would be even worst pain.

I made BH ad, deposited $50 manualy and they suspended account stealing $50
They not returned my pizza money, they always reply with ready made formulas: "We cannot unlock your account this time", no matter what you write to them like "give me back my money thiefs"

Whenever i create the account if they don't have automatic payment option i don't even bother with that account, i just create a new one that has automatic. Manual payment only option = instant suspend.

Instant bans got nothing to do with payment options, it's because of your set-up (IP+proxy, landers, web browsers,..) was not properly and caught TikTok's snake eyes

You should run the same WH campaign, because Tiktok's policy is very harsh on BH campaigns, use an account that has a previous spending history then setting up a BH campaign like that will be better, I Did the same thing and avoided it. Good luck )
