its better to use a physical android phone and buy a static proxy for it for 4$ a month (unlimited gbs) and act like its your real phone watch videos like comment and warm it up for 3-5 days before posting, uploading from a browser is not a smart idea tiktok doest like that either and wont recommend your videos

How can you say that is 100% true?
I have a friend he has 4 Tiktok accounts with 20k-60k followings without any problems getting views or anything. He is using third party videos from youtube and some AI app to cut the videos and put auto speech text to the videos. Never had any problems. and he is schedule his video uploads on a windows 10 browser chrome.

Using VPNs for TikTok is never a good idea and not safe for your accounts.
