You have BlackHatWorld, WarriorForum, NamePros, DigitalPoint, SitePoint, AdminFusion, DNForum, etc... Do a search for webmaster, web design, affiliate marketing, make money online, graphics, domains, basically any forum that has to do with making money or working online. There are a lot of forums that do this and allow you to advertise your services for free.

You don't have to work for cheap but the worst thing that can happen is you spend all day working on one website and then you get barely enough to cover registration fees for the domain and all your work was done in vain.

If you need a quick $900, then look round your house for junk and sell it on eBay.
When I was a noob I purchased a guide on how to make money with eBay for like $1000 becasue apparently the guy selling it made like $20,000 selling stuff around his house.

You can also make money with torrents(popular torrent + CPA +/- password) but there is always that risk of getting banned by the Affiliate Network or the Torrent Tracker.
