Tools to deal with competition

I would like to know if there are any tools or methods are there to deal with the competition in a very niche advertising market in a not ilegal way.
Anything that would help me target a specific competitor Google Ads campaign or site would work.

You can use SEMRUSH to review the competitor's information. Maybe check their top backlinks and reach out to the same sites and see if you can get on there.
