So, I was looking for a vcc that I could easily fund with crypto and use for my shopping last year. Initially, everything was going fine. I could use their card for shopping. Suddenly, I was told my passport was expired and needed to reverified. They rejected all other verification methods on flimsy excuses. After so much back and forth, I had to start passport renewal process which often take months in my country to get. I had about $800 in my Pyypl account which was frozen.

Eventually, I did the verification only to be told that their card is no longer working. Attempts to withdraw my funds have been unsuccessful and their support is shit. I just need to warn anyone planning to use Pyypl service to be careful.

Yes it's not working anymore for 2 months now
it was good before but didn't last long

yes , i have faced the same problem . i was not use the service for some time and then when i try to use it , they have raised the issue . Maybe they dont want to take the hustle to verify you again .

Yeah sad to hear your story. I think there are alternatives like adv cash or smth, do they still work?

ya they scammed me once and kept telling me we raised the issue but never heard back and the worst support I gave up my chance to get the money . wasn't that much

I'm verified. The problem now is getting my money from them

Used them a few times. First I didn't like getting charged $5 for every card when you can get them for free on Wise and Revolut. Next even if you wanna use them for your daily transactions, if you do EUR they charge a ridiculous 5-10% conversion fee on top of your purchases.

This is true. I wanted to mention this. Their charges are so high; and now, they’re scamming people of their money
