[JOURNEY] Using my knowledge to try Faceless channels

Will end this day with probably another 800++ subs in two days again, still editing the second long form video and didn't post shorts for more than a month or so, this is frustrating for me because I know if I posted in the past two months daily like I used to my channel could be 20K or more now and maybe monetized already !

Why you not posting shorts?

just read every thread of this page. props to you for no blackhat ways.

I actually started a youtube channel a couple months ago where i setup a script to download tiktok videos without the watermark and re upload to youtube. i actually stopped after a while because I know that it would cause problems without making any edits to the video. I'm really focused right now on creating a course and starting a channel where i talk about how to make money and sell a course or something on it. I had some crazy success with dropshipping a couple years back (like 500k in 3 months) and was going to use that as a case study to sell a course but I never did. IT's now 2024 and I don't think I can use that as a case study store anymore haha. I'm trying my best to not "sell a dream" but I really think youtube is the final way for me. I've tried so many things. The 500k I made on that dropshipping store, I paid about 260k in ads on facebook which was about 2.1 million impressions. it blows my mind that you can get that on one video. I need some sort of proof of concept to sell a course, and I was thinking about doing this to see if I can make consistent profits and sell a course on that.

I want to try youtube but my editing skills are horrible. I also need to do something that is scalable and that can be automated. youtube does not seem like it can be automated without hiring a full team of people making videos but then it leads me to think, why are these guys making videos for me when they can be making a channel themselves?

speaking out loud, appreciate your white hat and insights. would love to connect if you feel like it can be mutually beneficial :)

Thank you for reading the full thread and following my journey, but I m really surprise that you want to start YouTube and you made 500K , if I were you I would invest in real estate, or you could buy a SaaS from flippa or something that's easy to manage.

lol 500k in revenue doesn't mean that much in profit, i said i spent 260k in ads. plus cogs, probably only ended up keeping 50k~

if I had 50K (3 years ago or so) I would buy a small apartment/Studio in a touristic city like Istanbul/Morocco or others and put it on Airbnb. it might be risky but ultimately I can sell it again later if it is not working.

I thought I'd reach 10 K the next weekend, but I think I'll hit that tomorrow or Monday I got a whopping 1K subs in one day. Still editing the second long-form video (I hate myself for this).

Still editing the second long-form video

Friend, it can kill your channel!

you have been thinking about another person edit the vídeos?

I can do it for just 20% of the channel.

I think that if you have low free time, can be more interesting you do the script and record your videos then send me with instructions for editing.

So im that YouTube will see that your channel is really interesting to share more.

Shorts and long vídeos need be more recurring, in long term mind

I'm making 0$ now so 20% will 0$ are you still okay with that?

If i were you id stick to what’s working already. Keep growing with shorts. If you have more shorts youd grow significantly faster. Worry about growth right now the money will come

easy! that's zero today, but in a few months it will be good dollars.

I'm from Brazil, here each dollar is almost 5 reais (Brazilian currency). With just a few dollars I can earn a commercial salary from here.

But it doesn't have to be me. just think about it. Your niche and knowledge looks good. you can get people to come in with you on this to scale the project.

Someone who can see how many subscribers they have achieved in a short period of hard work.

That's exactly what I m going to do bro , the plan is to make money first the reinvest the money and hire freelancers to do the job , but I need to make money first from the channel

Good luck with your journey and congrats with the already great achieved goals.

Do you use any blueprint or have any YouTube course that you work through?

How would you define a good niche and how to find it?

Appreciate it bro!
