Having issues creating LookaLike audience using pixel of another account

Hi,

I am getting an error as,

"Audience can't be created: Your lookalike source needs to include at least 100 people in the same country in your audience location. Please choose a different audience location or lookalike source. (#2654). lookalike source. (#2654)."

I have already shared the pixel of one account to another account. But when I try creating Lookalike audience, I get the above error. This is lead generation campaign, the old pixel has 250+ leads from Mexico, I choose Mexico even in the new account still I get the above error.

The option to choose Lead event is grey out & unable to choose it. Check the below screenshot:

Please help me how I can fix this issue ? What am I missing ?

You'll need to make sure the new account has enough permissions to access and use the pixel first. Check that the old account's pixel is working properly and successfully tracking leads from Mexico. If there are issues with the pixel data, it may result in the inability to create similar audiences. If none of the above methods work, it is recommended that you contact the Facebook Ads Support team.

Did not help, contacting fb ads support team could be a bad idea since I am running BH campaign. I want to solve this issue without contacting support
