Hi there

I'm interested in building a streaming farm to get royalties off my music on Spotify, but I want to avoid using bots or buying a bunch of cell phones to play my songs on repeat. Could I simply integrate various Spotify accounts onto discord streaming bots and have my music play on a Discord server 24/7? Has anyone done this before?

I think there is someone who can implement this excellent idea

Doesn't really make sense to me, why would they have to stream on discord? Like why can't the bot just listen 24/7 without outputting it?

It's very doable I can code a discord music bot pretty easily just don't have experience with the spotify part but I could look into it. If you want dm me to talk about it

the question is does the discord bot count as listener?

and does anything change when multiple people listen to it at the same time?

That's the thing, multiple listeners can't count because only the bot actively listens. It's like having 5 people in a room watching a youtube video, it's still just 1 view. That's why I've been wondering.

Only one view is counted from one IP address on all streaming platforms, even if you listen a song on repeat. So, if you integrate various Spotify accounts onto discord streaming bots, you might not get views.

you're wrong. in spotify you can listen multiple times if you listen over 30 second stream gets counted every time.

This can be done more easily and efficient in different kind of ways!

Most Spotify Discord bots rely on the public Spotify API, which only allows playing songs with a premium account. So, if you don't have enough premium accounts, or even if you do, it could easily get flagged.

I had the exact same idea and went on the forum find tips and advice. Did you manage to do it ? I have created a discord server, added some bot that are connected to spotify, created a song and now i am waiting for the release. Any advices ? Does the stream actually count ?

Why do you do spotify?

Is there a better solution ?
there are many different platforms. each has a different payout, different times and different algorythms so you have to learn each one on its own

Look into real devices when it comes to make a stream farm. That will be good.

What kind of bots did you use? Do you know AIOStream? I recently finds some tools but I do not know whether it works, now it is cheap and support also give me code Ellven45off to get it. Maybe I can try?
