When you are on checkout page you have to make a strange verification steps if you would like to pay with PayPal, but I got only an error at first, someone in chat told me I need a verification what they manually review in business time, I have never met with this. They make you under pressure to pay via Crypto, therefore I left and I will use another service.

The features are all within the portal. You can have IP Auto rotation set to and time. You can use it as a VPN, change your fingerprint, and change the IP anytime with a URL.

Hello Dozoo,
Thank you for letting people know how our service is setup for purchasing. We use a 3rd party fraud detection service to check if the user on the site is fully legit. So yes sometimes it detects something and marks it for review in which we use a standard KYC service. Once you get verified, we whitelist your email address and you can then purchase using Paypal.
This is kinda normal to prevent Paypal fraud as we've experienced before having this in place. We had customers using stolen paypal accounts, purchasing service and then the real user of the account will file a dispute. So to protect ourselves we've implemented this.
My guess is the browser you are using has no history or cookies or anything of any history (incognito/private) to bypass the fraud detection.

I have a 10 years old browser history and I did not use incognito mode. Why dont u implement the card payment method?

That is really strange that it flagged you as fraud. Wonder if it's IP related or a specific country.
We had Credit Cards enabled with 2 different merchants at one time and both of them received so much fraud/stolen credit cards and we had a super high chargeback rate they canceled us. And we know it wasn't people just being unhappy with the service because we never even got disputes for that, it was all "unauthorized charge". So it's so hard. And we're not the only proxy company that deals with this problem, we had a group skype going with like 5-6 other companies and they all deal with the same issues. I'm going to send you a private DM.
