What's the best option in regard to selling these?

I was thinking of perhaps making a sell thread on here, however I'm not sure if they get approved for just one item.

Your ONLY option is to pay and have your thread approved in the bst section. Any attempts to sell outside the BST will result in a banhammer upside the head.

But I'm pretty sure you can get approved for just one item. Go read the sticky in the bst section for more information..

Sorry, should have stated that I understood that was the only option here, was thinking of alternatives such as different websites.

selling fan pages is like scamming people and should not be done. there is a very good and high chance that the page will get taken down once the buyer has paid.. fan pages are too high risk to buy IMHO

Even ones that haven't been 'status updated' or have any fbml?

it depends on which kind of fanpage, if its related to some big business and you have lots of fans they will surely be interested and pay you a lot
