There will be fees everywhere , it is not going to be entirely free anywhere.

You don’t pay taxes for opening a company, not atleast in my country, India. Here you pay taxes on the profit you have made.

Opening a company here is pretty cheap. It might take around $150-200 which is close to nothing to be honest.

A business does have other costs. One of those costs is the accounting fees (we pay around $100/m for this) and yearly audit/tax submission fee, which would be around $300-400 depending on the amount of business you have done.


Nothing is going to be free though.

Does it matter if you don't pay? I think India is less Democratic so it doesn't try to micromanagement every citizen and doesn't really care if you don't pay taxes if you don't earn too much and it probably also doesn't look into bank accounts of it's citizens (in Germany and other countries under strict Democratic rule, the government institutions can just look into your bank accounts without any questions or court order, in secret, without notifying you).

I dunno man, it probably doesn’t, but I like to keep everything lawful.

Perhaps it is. The work I do, this is totally ok sum. If it is too high for someone, they can always just work as a freelancer. That will be wayyy cheaper for them as there will be no separate registration and audit fee.
