Is AdMaven a scam network?

I tried AdMaven's content locker yesterday, I setup redirect url if they finish the offers, and 207 visitors were redirected to the URL yesterday, which means that 207 visitors completed the offers. According to my AdMaven dashboard, I earned $0.940.

Are they kidding with me? It feels like I should earn much more than that.

I have read here on the forum that some people mention they manipulate the dashboard. It's weird that I can only see yesterday's earnings, not today's earnings. It feels suspicious to me, Maybe they took mostly of my earnings

Bro, I earned $37 from mylead with 150 conversions. I have mostly visitors from United States and Canada.

I don't expect earning $0.940 for 207.

These redirected users may not have completed the offer. Ad-maven content locker easy to skip(you can get content without completing offers), that's their disadvantage
