Paypal question about SSN

Hello guys,
So I received money on my tiktok and decided to withdraw it to an unverified paypal I just created,
To send it next to a friend who have his fully verified paypal (we don't have paypal where I live so mine isn't verified)
Too bad they want me to put the last 4 digits of my SSN to be able to accept the money and add it to my balance to be able toi send it
Or else the money is just hanging there without even a refund to my tiktok option, the question is,
Can I put random 4 numbers just to be able to add the money to my balance and send it this one time ?
(they are not asking for any documents just the 4 last digits)

No, adding 4 random numbers won’t work because it won’t be from an actual SSN so it won’t come back as legitimate.

You could just add your own SSN, or if you wanted to go the blackhat route then find someone on here who verifies PayPal accounts and they can either supply you with a valid SSN or you could use a friends or family member if you ask them. However again, adding 4 random numbers in hope it gets accepted won’t work because it won’t match a real persons name just from the last 4. That’s why even if you apply for some credit, all you need is a name and last 4 of your social and they can find out who that person is and run credit checks just from that information alone.

I thought SSN have to be associated with the same name on paypal? so how does another family member's SSN would solve the issue ?
And if it does the trick, then SSN generated and existing would also solve the issue right?
Also some other informations, the account is fresh, this is the first payment, there is no birthdate entered or whatever, and they are just asking for the 4 digits,
To add the money received to the balance, I just want to get the money to another verified paypal, it doesn't matter if this current paypal gets limited later. Thanks.

Isn't it easier to link your tik tok account with another Paypal account? I'm almost sure you can do that.

I just need to get my money out this one time, accept it into my balance and send it to a friend's verified Paypal,
I don't care if they limit the account and ask for the full form later on, as I won't use it again,
I just want to know if this one time I can do it and ASAP accept and send the money out to my friend.

I also learned from searching that I can upgrade the account to paypal business, and change the name to the same name as the bank i'm gonna link
So I could withdraw the money without SSN since they won't keep it in balance ? Also after 180 days of suspension I can withdraw them to any bank account right ?

That's right my friend, you can send the money to your bank, regardless of whether the owner of the Paypal account is the same or not. As long as the 180 days have passed.

But then again, I heard that you have to have the account suspended to be able to do so ? Or else the money will stay forever pending in the "accept money" status , and I can't even do that
and add the money to my balance because of the 4 digits SSN.
