Please appeal each and every suspended account and atleast 70% ideally do get reactivated and if not, then there is something drastically wrong with your strategy, for example, you are straightaway running blackhat campaigns or restricted niches or not allowed niches.

I don’t remember the exact name, but there is an option you should activate in dolphin to share your reel ip i don’t remember the exact name, also when creating accounts try to create gmail and warm them a little bit by watching youtube, subscribe to channels, create a Twitter account, reddit...etc then after 2-3 days create your google ads account start with manual payment for 20-50$ then change it,
Also what we usd to do is promoting an Amazon link at first, Airbnb or a YouTube video until we spend 10$.

I had the same problem but was the bank flagging every transaction as suspicious, I was going white hat with that project they asked for a ton of information even now a single change I make they go crazy and start asking for the same info again literally a white hat project and still have problems and they confirm that was the bank doing that so check with the bank could be that too.

In that case, you are doing things wrong. It seems you are straighaway running blackhat / restricted type of a campaign. If you intend to run a blackhat / restricted type of a campaign, then first run a white campaign and wait for the account to get suspended. If with a white campaign, your account does not get suspended, then increase the daily budget by over 80% and then 99% the account will get suspended and then appeal the suspension. With a white campaign, 80%+ chances are there for account reactivation (upon appeal). After account reactivation, then farm the white campaign towards a blackhat / restricted type of a campaign (very careful campaign farming is needed).
