The ETF will bring a long-term rise, but for the moment people who bought at 20-25k are taking profits. Like you said, everyone was expecting 50k, it almost hit 49k so now it's time for people to take their money and wait for a better entry price.
The ETF approval has already been priced in so no major increase will come in the short term. However, the approval is good for other cryptos, as it indicates a potential future for Ethereum, Solana and other ETFs.

India put a ban on binanace, so holders who still have access to app are either selling out or moving to cold wallet, so you are gonna see a further drop till things are settled, it's a high time to buy the dip(this is my personal opinion and not a financial advice)
