They won't be available anymore, unless GMX removes mandatory SMS checkpoint, which is unlikely to happen. Not sure about the second part.

I purchased some yahoo accounts for test on 15th February, this is now 48 hours later and I have not received any accounts. Yesterday I reached out on the livechat but there is no response whatsoever. Why sell something if you cannot provide the simplest support or answer the simplest question? Yes, now my issue will be resolved quickly because I came here and complained, but what about other people who are too lazy to complain? This is a bad seller, I do not recommend to buy there

Yahoo accs should be out of stock at the moment, not sure how you were able to order them, might be a bug in our stock updater script. This would explain why you didn't receive anything - we have auto-delivery implemented and orders are sent out without need of manual intervention.
