If your website has a reputation as good as theirs, you could create a more informative and detailed article about the topic and then contact the website to suggest replacing it with yours.

I guess it’s highlighting a good long term strategy for great natural links - publishing researched based content in the hope that other sites use it for statistical sources.

I wonder if opportunities such as that one can also come through channels like HARO?

Hey, so checked it. You can't make a link like that exactly but if you want you can get a link from there forum. There is literally no restriction. And oracle.com could give you a really good link.

Simple register on there forum and make the link

That is possible but when I take a look at this guy's backlink profile, it's all high DR websites. And honestly, the content is not that great to get organically linked.

Agree with other guys, It is hard to get the link like that, but you can write well-researched content that make other resources mention you naturallyy.

You can also use HARO. Sometimes some experts need good quotes to mention in their publications. Possibly, you can
