Spotify farm with vpn

I heard that surfshark has a rotating ip feature, I heard some ppl have been using this for streaming farms and its working, most ppl say that spotify has blacklisted vpns, has anyone has had experience in this or does anyone know of a cheaper method not mobile proxies or residential proxies because they're too expensive

Yeah exactly, that's my point of view aswell but seems to be working for some ppl

Did you consider ISP proxies for that?

Not sure if a VPN can do that for you. What you'll want are quality IPs from proxies and such since IPs from VPNs are well known by Spotify to be coming from a VPN and so is likelier to face restrictions. Same with most social media platforms, really.
