CPA services like CPALead exist anymore?

Back in the day, CPAlead use to host the backend to those CPA surveys, install software/app and signup bonuses.
I ran that MyVoucherScript website that allowed users to get rewards for doing the above.

Do services still exist that offer this other than just app installs?
