@Nawshale was already notified few hours ago about the dispute via BHW pm.

Here's payment proof :

My request was to get refunded because the service they provided to me isn't as described in the sales thread:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/s...ght-to-your-gsa-search-engine-ranker.1280806/
They refused my refund request, since @Nawshale claimed via pm that they don't offer refund.

There's no reason to open a ticket for that issue, because you will only blame my setup and won't admire that the lists is bad.

This is another test result I made today for 6 hours by checking all engines:

I'm aware that the test must be running for days to get some links approved and verified. Believe me I already did that, and I assure you that the result is the same.

I can do the test again if needed. Also I can provide more technical data.

I'm requesting a full refund. I'm ready to provide my RDP details so Mods can review everything.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

"If you are not directly related to the situation, or are not offering information directly related to the situation: do not post in the thread. Anyone caught doing so will receive an infraction and be reply banned from posting in the thread."

This one was an unfortunate ban given how long they've sold on the platform, but I can't cut them any extra slack.

Since they didn't respond, this dispute is now in the favour of @mrnixdorf by default. @Nawshale's account can be unbanned if they contact support.blackhatworld.com after refunding @mrnixdorf the $37 they paid.

Dispute Summary

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Did you open PayPal dispute yet? If you sent it as Services & Goods, there's a high chance you can get your money back @mrnixdorf

Thanks a lot mate, but I prefer to get a refund from the seller without opening a paypal dispute. That way he have a chance to get unbanned here.

It is a good choice , not opening a PayPal dispute because you also want to give the chance to be unbanned, but do you think That if he was going to give you a refund, wouldn't he have done it from the first moment? Your account has already been banned in the forum, I think it's time for you to think of some other way to get your money back.

He was banned yes, but he still have the chance to get back. I will wait for the moment.

Yeah @mrnixdorf doesnt seem like hes gonna stress over 37$, I dont think its even worth his time going through a paypal dispute, more like keeping people accountable for what they promise

From the seller directly, no Paypal dispute case opened.

:anyway:
We got a support ticket about it as well.

They did send us proof that they were also in the middle of responding when they got banned (although, they were still responding too late), so we'll lift the ban and give them another chance on our platform.

This dispute will be closed, but not deleted.
