There are no thresholds any more on ads as they used to be.

However if you pay first 120 euros you should be able to get a total of 800-1000 euros worth of free advertising for free if you know what you're doing.

If your accounts is warm enough then it will not easily suspended by the google or any other network. Invoicing are different thing and for that you have to reach a minimum spend limit.

Google Grant Accounts have a limitations. Ads do not appear on keywords where there is competition.

I can easily create an Ad grants account. You can only advertise on one domain (association domain).

They are much more rigorous in detecting cloackers. Accounts can also be easily banned (usually after 3 warnings)

Yes you can use your non profit company.
1. You have to register with Techsoup.com. When your membership is approved, you will create a token.
2. Then register at https://www.google.com/grants/get-started/ using the token you received from Techsoup.
3. Google will review your information and website. If approved, you will have an account with a $10k balance every month (Yearly: ~$120000)

This is the legit way to open an account.
