What are the pros and cons of each platform in terms of the growth phase and monetization, assuming you have the necessary skills or can hire the right people for tasks like video editing and scripting?

In my experience, YT can be more challenging to take off initially, but it tends to be more straightforward when it comes to monetization. What are your opinions? Please share your experiences and thoughts!

It seems that you want to focus on 1 platform. Don't do that if you are starting out.

Reels, Shorts, TikToks are standardised. Start with them, see which platform takes off, prioritize it then.

I agree with you that YouTube is better because it gives your sustainable income.
If he gets banned from YT because one day Google employees didn't have their coffee, all his income sources get shut down.

both are important but really depends what audience you want to target and the type of content you will create, if you want to go youtube social media is important to promote your channel and drive traffic to you youtube channel, if you only want to create content no youtube related go instagram.

I'm just beginning to learn about video content marketing. While faceless YouTube makes sense, the same content might be useful or more suitable for other platforms. So, while you're creating your main videos in landscape format for YouTube, create a distilled portrait form for YouTube shorts, a portrait long form for TikTok, and something catchy and short for Instagram.

Starting, it might be a lot of work, so you might just want to focus on ensuring you get an excellent script that can easily be adapted to the various formats. Remember to do your keyword research too.

By the way, how do you write your scripts and what software are you using for video creation? I'm currently thinking of using Google Bard for scripting, Final Cut for videos.

I use chatgpt for scripting. It does a great job if you tweak the prompt right.
