Yes! Without proxies or anything, only 6 artist accounts amd 30 phones connected to one wifi and 30 on the other, but I hear from a lot of people it won't last, it's working since June last year, but need to make it look more human possible to avoid detection

How does one check the quality
no magic solution request test proxies to several companies, try to run during 7 days... At the end you will get like favorite supplier for your proxies, but it's true that the proxy industry is like a jungle

There's quite a lot of websites and other third party IP checkers. Scammalytics and Pixelscan comes to mind, but feel free to explore your options.

Once you're set up with a proxy you'll also want to check that your actual IP isn't leaking. A common issue is a DNS leak which you'll probably want to check - you can do this as well as check for other leaks etc. by navigating to a site like browserleaks.com/ip whilst using your proxy.

I have a question if you don't mind. I'm currently running a Spotify farm with 14 mobile devices. They are all on the same IP. If I would change to proxies right now would it be noticeable for Spotify?

Any IP change would likely be noticeable to Spotify, however if it doesn't look suspicious then it shouldn't cause you any issues.
To avoid raising any red flags you'll probably want to migrate your devices slowly to proxies that are based at least in the same region as the IP that they are currently all sat on. Having all 14 devices suddenly on an IP on the opposite side of the world for example is not something you want to be doing.
