At the age of 18, I assisted girls in posting photos for their night jobs. My uncle worked as a driver in an adult club in my city. I have a lot of experience in digital marketing and am now looking to venture into the agency business for OnlyFans in my city. I don't believe it will be difficult to find girls, as I'm already in contact with 20 of them. There are 5 Russians who plan to move to Brazil and have expressed their intention to work with me.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to start, as I currently don't have much capital for more elaborate initiatives. I have lived in Rome and know some women there whom I can approach in the future. What do you recommend as a priority for day one?

For those who have agencies in other countries and are interested in forming partnerships, I am very open to that. Any assistance is welcome.

In Brazil, people don't typically make purchases through OnlyFans. Therefore, I plan to create a website for sales, allowing me to receive payments without paying the platform fees – only the hosting costs, which are quite affordable. Do you think I am on the right track?

Thank you for your insights and support.

How many girls do you have available at the moment? I'm currently selling models content directly to users, without onlyfans, with my own automated shop. I think something like that is what you're referring to?

I'm waiting for five women to take photos, but there are fifteen interested. I want to start with WooCommerce to accept the Brazilian Pix payment method, which doesn't allow chargebacks.

Are you expecting a large amount of charge backs? If you're providing your customers with exactly what's in your description, then they will have no leg to stand on when trying to chargeback, as you can provide proof that they got exactly what you described. I actually haven't had any chargebacks since running my own setup. I did get a couple when I was using PayPal, but I won the dispute everytime as I'm providing people with exactly what I'm describing. Now if they read my description, and assume they're getting more, that's on them.. but as far as my experience, aslong as you're clear about what you're selling in the products description, their chargebacks won't stick.

In the case of Brazilian customers, there is a law that, for no reason at all, a person can regret online purchases within 7 days, then card operators cancel purchases easily, people purchasing take the content and cancel it. Outside of Brazil I will sell via stripe.
Do you sell your system through Telegram?

No tg, I just have a regular automated store setup that gives users what they pay for after payment.

That law you were talking about, it only applies to 7 days? So they can cancel after 7 days? Or before 7 days? You kind of confused me. But that's good they have laws like that, because some people like to get content and then try and get their money back.

You have to be very specific in your description, terms of service, aswell as refund policy. You should have a written, no refund policy for any purchases where the user has recieved the content. Should also reference this in your terms of service. This will/should prevent any false chargebacks from any country being valid. Has always worked for me.
