Yes. Can be future proof and play games at a higher resolution and framerate. Load times are also dramatically reduced. However, PS4 is still a great option.

A real fun and cheap indie game to play with friends I've recently discovered is Lethal Company.

Some of more commonly known ones I can recommend are: Dayz, Valheim, Baldur's Gate 3, Ready or Not.


But it really depends on his preferences, even he likes all kinds of genres, there must be something he prefers over others.

Why would you do something like this to someone? Dayz is too harsh, it suck you in stronger than crackhead hooker for $20. No no no, better to keep yourself away from that game haha
