Whats the best IG posting schedule?

Im trying to start making instagram theme pages, so I want to post reels, carosels, etc and stories. What do you suggest works the best, on aged accounts. maybe some new. Also whats the max amount to post.

Hi, in my view, there are several tools which helps you to schedule post.
Some of them are: Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Planoly, SocialBee, Sendible.
You can give a try to all these tools.

Thank you, thats helpful, but what I was trying to ask for was whats the best scedule to follow to post on instagram, like some people say post realys 5-7 times a week and some only 4 times a week, and some say, certain days post carosels etc etc. So im just trying to find which days to post what.

Kinda depends on the niche. Some audiences are more active certain days/weeks than others. Easiest way to figure that out is start posting, look at the data and adjust.

There are a lot of opinions about posting frequency in general. Opinions change as instagram adjusts and retools. Best answer for a particular account is to adjust along with what works. Personally I would not post new content while your last post is still getting a good amount of new views in from the algo. You're probably fine posting 4-7 times per week, generally. An extra day or two per week is not going to make or break an account.

It's worth pointing out that traffic on IG in the feed is way down. The best property on IG right now are stories. If you're going to post into stories, you probably need to post 3-5 times daily but look at the frequency of other accounts in that niche.

I would post for a month or two then see what your highest engagement times are. I don't believe in a good time to post, focus more on quality content people are going to engage with.

Usually it's evening time local to your main follower region.
