The first thing I would do is have a goal and purpose.

I'll be honest, it looks like you are aiming to learn everything about everything and that's a strategy for failure.

First learn a language. A general purpose language that works for almost all domains and is beginner friendly. Something like Python, or Node/Js, or Java.
Not something like Rust or C++

Then Pick a domain, what do you want to build. Do you want to make a website? Do you want to make a mobile app? Do you want to make automation scripts?
Choose one and start learning. You might need to learn a language or two more to work in that domain. (Like SQL and html/CSS in the web world)

So I would start with automation and forget WordPress and other web dev things.

I like puppeteer. Sometimes, if it's possible, I like requests. I like to scrape a little bit of data for myself.

Web dev - people literally can do it for free for you. This is deadend of programming. Unless it's something super complex, you can usually get all your web dev stuff from the internet for free or at very low costs.

Custom automation on the other hand isn't that easy to obtain. Really isn't.

I would learn basics of JavaScript, then go to node.js. And I would keep my focus on this.

When I started I learned about 6 or 7 frameworks and languages?! I don't use any of that today. Big mistake, sort of. Shit took 3 years of my life. I was really distracted... doing one technology, another pops up and it would never end. I even started learning Scala. Not a good idea.

Try Angular. It's from Google. Google is smarter than Facebook (React).

Well I see a lot of things here which I do not agree with.

1. You have not probably tried php after 5.6. It has changed a lot. To say php is the ugliest language is simply being ignorant.

2. The maker of Angular was Miško Hevery, who since then moved on with other projects. He is the same person who later developed Qwik. Yes Google owns Angular, doesn't mean it is better than the competitors. React, Qwik, Solid.js, Vue - these are all pretty good ITO what they offer. Angular has also gotten better over the years, but it is not correct to say because google owns Angular, it is objectively better.

3. I have worked with django, and I would say that this is not a correct statement, especially for someone new to programming. Or atleast, it is debatable which one is the fastest in terms of time. To me personally, yii framework is the quickest in terms of getting shit done. Could be different for someone else.

Yes I was reading, phyton is one of the most friendly, but, I should have to learning first HTML or some about programing, or the first thing Phyton?

1. Off topic but Multi-quote is your friend, please use it when making consecutive replies on this forum.
2. Dont let procrastination half your progress. Pick a language and make it your goal to learn it for a set period - maybe 3 months. Then re-assess. Does it matter too much which language you pick, probably not - best just to get cracking with it otherwise you will spend too long deliberating over which language to pick and you wont get any closer to your goals.

They are just frameworks on top of PHP. PHP itself is not bad atall, even performance and DX wise. You have to play around a little more to know what I am talking about.

Yes, even plain old JS can get the job done. I would do it for a personal project. I would just use vite with plain typescript. It will ultimately get transpiled to html and js, but I would still have a great DX.

You mean in terms of runtime, or development time? Runtime - C takes the crown probably... But, I would not touch it with a stick. I would rather use rustlang if performance is what I am trying to achieve. It will be memory safe.

Development time - I would use something that has a big plugin/extension ecosystem - so that I won't have to code everything from scratch.

The key is to abstract properly.

Few examples:

1. createBrowser()
2. startBrowser()
3. getProxies()
4. connectWithDB()
5. retryOperation()
6. autoScroll()
7. xpathTextSelector()
8. typeWithDelay()
9. findElementAndClick() - does like 20 repetitive lines, so all files are like 5 times shorter
10. extraEvaluateInstantType() - one of the most exclusive functions; people still use type() of puppeteer where I without using clipboard and ctrl + v edit DOM instantly

Sure, python and selenium, OR node and puppeteer. It depends on what you are more comfortable with - JS or python.
