Anyone ever use a mass DM service?

How was your experience? Were you building a list or trying to get an actual sale?

How did you call the prospect to action?

Is the ROI (return on investment) there?

Would it be better if the DMs were NICHE-targeted based on the recipient's own actions?

Would a manual approach been better like targeting users who are participating in actual niche conversations instead of being randomly farmed/scraped?

Targeting relate niche members is the key and sending call to action messages to get conversion, although some do report account if sending many messages.

Probably better conversion rates the MORE CUSTOMIZED the interaction is....

But it all depends on how well the recipients were TARGETED

Also, based on my experience, people switch among accounts A LOT when posting and many forget their old accounts

Isnt this a waste of money? most people will just think oh another annoying bot and ignore the account.

It depends on how you do it. If there's absolutely
a) no targeting of recipients (ie., you're hitting 'cold' recipients who posted a long time ago or posted in an unrelated subreddit or posted in a targeted subreddit but the topic they're discussing is unrelated)
b) no customization of the message - I am more responsive when someone quotes to me my concerns/engagement and links me to the engagement

I see your point though re mass scrapes / mass sending of the same message

Yes did this a bit and it works, however I use my own bots. First scrape users (commenters and posters) from subreddits related what you want to promote. Then purchase an easy to remember, preferably short, domain related to your product then mass dm the users something like "Get product, visit domain" .

New accounts are limited to 3 messages per several hours and your accounts will get banned, however its worth it.

Manually is always better, from a safety and quality control perspective, but it will also be slower, for obvious reasons.
