My first negative Itrade!! Should I deserve?

The plain simple fact is you're not going to please everyone no matter how good you are.

If you think you have given your best service and doesn't deserve the neg rep, then it's still OK. carry on with life, esp if you're in a business, because it's a way of life -- sometimes sunny sometimes cloudy, and also sometimes somewhere in between! Give you best in a professional manner, and don't let someone hurt you that easily. Think, if you get more negative reps, what would you do? close your business which could be your lifeline? Or simply carry on and try to give better service.

A neg rep can still well be a good lesson to learn and grow for an honest person who is doing great things. Do you think the other 15 are right or wrong in giving you a positive rep? Look at the brighter side and leave these negative aspects. What if the person giving you a neg rep doesn't vote? This seems like a childish emotional surge to me, so get back to doing your good work with more maturity.

Here is the problem that I see. I came to you looking to grow my fan page. You stated that u can send 10K requests to my page. Fine.. I saw a screen shot of your two sites with pics of my page and your friends being selected. So with that I have to take your word that you really hit invite or did you just screen shot then did nothing. IDK? So, at this time i had almost 1400 fans from 5 days. (on a page that you says must suck and none of your friends want) The page grows 200 a day by its self. Anyway, I emailed you about this and you said it could be my page. hmmmm ok.. So I waited for my friend to use your service as well. He didnt know that I had found you and had already tried.. So i waited and watched. Same screen shots of his fan page etc... SAME RESULTS! Nothing. not even 1! SO, you now have 2 guys with no results!!! out of 10K i would think 100 people would follow no?... anyway, I emailed you again and you offered to run the invite again. Which you did... NADDA! no jump in joins just the same flow its been. Now 1500 fans because of the normal 200 per day. Ok.. im done.. Already was laughing with my friend about being beat by you but we didnt care. it was funny to us. But then I saw someone left a thread about you. I did what any BHW member would do, i left a comment. You couldnt handle it.. so you started to Bla off bla bla bla... it was when u felt u had to say "get a life and not be depressed" and "look at my Itrader". Mate, I dont go by Itraders! I test and re-test.. but since you directed me there.. I left ya one!.. What am I not allowed to leave a neg. Your service with me really sucked! TWICE infact!! I'd say a big NO and not continue with your business until you accept the proper business ethiquette. If 1 negative itrader bothers you that much, you shouldn't be in any type of business. "Customer is always right"...live by that principle and I'll guarantee you success in your business.

"Customer is always right" is a great catchphrase, and when dealing with customer service it is good to give the principle a lot of weight.

But the fact of the matter is the customer is NOT always right, there are times in which you do need to stand behind your principles. Unfortunatly, many people, especially people just getting started, think that they're buying the results of a service, rather than the mechanics of it.

If you buy a service for "suggest a friend" and the provider makes the suggestion then the service was performed. If a provider offers to bookmark your website on 200 bookmarking sites, and then do all the bookmarking then the service was performed.

If the result of the suggestiong doesn't result in a large number of fans adding you, or if the bookmarking doesn't result in surge of traffic to your site is isn't an indication that the service wasn't performed.

Itrader points should be more about if the money transfer and completion of service is performed as stated. If the trade was successfully completed, and service performed then people should either leave a pos itrade or just leave none. If they think that even though the service was performed, it doesn't actually give good results, then post a review ie "hey he does what he says, but it doesn't really get you more fans" in the guys thread. A lot of people just have too much expectations about the services they are purchasing.

Every marketing tactic you try isn't going to be successful even if the service is performed correctly.

As far as him worried about the itrader, that doesn't mean he shouldn't be in any kind of business. That shows he cares about his business and wants to make sure he is considering the "customers is always right" theory.

No, he didn't deserve the neg Itrade based on what he says in this thread.

Well if you really think the service was not performed, then a neg would be appropriate. It is such an easy thing to hit the suggest button though. Faking a screenshot is easy enough, but not sure it would be worth the trouble since just doing the suggestion is so easy. Not sure what the motivation would be to not just do the job. I guess if the screenshot shows the page he is using, it would be easy enough to add yourself and then see if you get suggestions from the page or not.

Part of the reason the price on these suggest a page services is so cheap is because there is so little involved, and there isn't much guarantee of any results. If he keeps doing fan suggestions, the fans have probably just started ignoring the suggestions. That doesn't mean he isn't doing the work he promised, just that the results of it aren't that good.

@OP -if you do want to keep your service going, then you might consider making a lot more pages and then spread out the pages you are suggesting from. Just a thought.

Cybertron was the person I did the service. OK let me say the first thing, After I have selected the friends it only takes a second to make a suggestion. I don't think I will not do the last click of my service. And you say 15$ is nothing to you.OK, Here BHW has many kind of people here some play in 4 digits some in 3 and some no digits. I don't say it is a big deal to go on with this amount. But Even 0.99 cent needs 0.01 other cent to make a total of 1$.So do you think 0.01 cent is a less money?

If your iTrader is so important to you as you make it seem, then yes you should quit performing this service as it's hard to satisfy the buyer apparently. If it's the money that is important to you, then go ahead and keep selling it. Maybe you should make it clearer that they may not be able to expect something quite as good as they are assuming. Another thing you could do is use a screen recorder to show yourself inviting the required number of people to their page. They can't say you didn't do it completely then.

Another possibility for you is to make it clear which pages have had good results and which have had bad results in the past. That way they could judge based on the previous successes or failures whether their page is likely to do well.

all i can say as a seller, move on mate and don't let 1 itrade hunt you.. just keep on selling and always let your costumer clear to them what service you offer before you accept there payment for the job..

Well if you want my opinion on the type of service you offer.. I think it's not a good idea in the long run.

The more and more you sell your service and keep on inviting all of your facebook friends to your client's page, the less effective it will be.

I mean, after a while, all of your friends are going to stop joining all your new page requests because you do it all the time.

Your friends will basically need to be fresh after a while.

I will delete most of the old friends from the account and accept those pending links there. I mean it is not hard to get it 5k again if you have 3k+ friends already. So the service will be more better.
