Subreddit Spam Filter

Has anybody ever done some research on how the subreddit’s integrated spam filter works.
My findings so far:
- 3evels; low, medium, high -> Low is not a problem at all, medium will restrict you only if you’re spam score is reasonably high (for example you get banned from 10 subreddits in a row), and then high is completely broken. It will allow posts only from the accounts that are let’s say 99% clean. It won’t allow sou to post even if sou have a new 1 year aged account with farmed karma (2500 post 500 comment). This tells me the account needs a diverse post history
- I’ve been doing some research and was looking at some anti spam bots on github; they look at the users post history, posting the same title and link will grt you flagged, commenting the same thing will get you flagged, it is also learned to recognize bot-like pattern behaviour based on history data.
- Reddit obviously sees more data, how you made the request, proxy, and can track your screen activity. I’m almost sure that’s how it gives your account a spam score

I’m thinking of creating a subreddit and testing with 100 different accounts to see what will work.

The high filter usually only allows posts from users that are set by subreddit mods as contributors, its almost the same as setting the subreddit to restricted mode.

But you can still post from an unapproved account if it's really clean.
