I have a trick for you.
Buy 500 gmail accounts for 10 cents.
Sell at 20 cents each after waiting a month. Add recovery e-mail to each, so they can be recovered.
Plus sell with cookies, so buyers are happy.
And on top of that add warm up - upload couple of videos before selling.
If that's not enough for your buyers, they'll be for sure glad to see your accounts have proxies you have ran them on.
Literally doubled money!

If you have 0 skills in coding yes you can download some malware in
nulled versions, but when you chose from specific places where
you download them you will not gonna have any problems.
Heard about SEO, or ASO?
I managed to gain 2 million+ downloads on my app only using ASO.
My simple trick on new websites either expired domain name, or I analyze
keywords and add them in domain name. After that expired domain
name can be blocked.
I usually combine these 2 methods. I buy few expired domain names
with authority and point them to new domain.
This is new website, only 5 articles.
