I would like to request a Google Review urgently.

I received contact from someone who claimed they could provide Google reviews, and I placed an initial order for 20 reviews as a test. However, after making the payment, I haven't heard from them since. I did some research and it seems there are many scams in this area, which has left me feeling very uncomfortable. Is there anyone who can actually write reviews?
