I wanna create an illusion that there a lot of backlinks on a domain for aesthetic purposes but i do not want it to affect ranks. Would a no-follow blast be the best way?

lol I agree with the user above but to answer your question it would probably be things like Google search and google maps links which has zero SEO value but inflate third party metrics.

Easily spotted, won't even get past filters since anyone with basic SEO experience will first check at least multiple results in the SERPs,
And easily duplicated as anyone can simply place such type of links,

Probably will get some of the scrapers & website duplicators (automatically or manually) away,
