If you have the time, you should always make them yourself. Buying accounts is just way too risky

Personally I never found any difference between new accounts and aged accounts. Aged accounts get banned as frequently as new accounts if they found anything suspecious. Aged accounts are just a waste of money

You should create accounts with a real phone and on 4g internet and format the phone after every ACC or after a few accounts.

Also, the main thing is either create it via phone which you'll have for a longterm with you, or have your own gmails and make accounts on them so you can never lose the account on email verification.
