Need Help in Social Media Panel Creation

I am a newbie and I do not have any experience in selling social media services.

I would like to sell social media services in my country by creating a website and linking it to blackhatworld member panels

Can you please help me get more knowledge about this and help me create my own website and sell these services?

Most of the SMM panels provide API. I am not sure there is a wordpress Plugin and theme with which you can send all the orders to that site through API and the orders will go through you. You can charge as much as you want.

you would have to buy smm panel script, buy paid plugins on wordpress to support smm panel. Start adding codes, then you can basically go from there edit anything
