Taboola account showing inactive

Created tablooa account 4,5 days back added fund 1 days back.
its was showing msg "This account is inactive. Account has been set as inactive - Please contact your account manager or [email protected]."
When i mailed them got this response.


They are saying account is eliminated. I didn't run any campaign at all. Just created account and added funds using my card. Now fund is stuck there. Whether i will get refund?. Anybody had this kind of experience with taboola? What to do?

If Taboola won’t refund, try explaining the situation on social media or their forums, sometimes that gets a quicker response.
