Twitter pros what does this means

I have a good amount of twitter account and they all have followings, suddenly there following has been zero what does this means, you just check your account and there followings is back to zero

I agree. Looks like the account is suspended as with every suspension the number of followers will hit 0. But there should also be a notification on the bottom of the page telling you that your account has been suspended.

Yes and No, I spoke with someone and they said probably a Twitter bug when I click on the 0 following it shows the real account followings and on my newsfeed I see all the account following post. Lastly theres no message on the account saying its suspended at all. So I am wondering whats happening

Yes, it might also be a visual bug where the follower count isn't displaying correctly. Try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, or accessing Twitter from a different device.

Maybe an update that went wrong, reinstalling the app or cleaning cookies and cache maybe could do it.

It happens after an arkose for example, give it an hour and it should be back to normal (unless suspended, in which case it will show that anyway)

Did you have to complete the Captcha before this happened?

Visual Followings bug usually happens if account is Locked/Restricted. It goes back to normal after couple of hours though
