Can my channel get banned for using content like this?

Plan is to take viral events ( mr beast, burj new years fireworks, any viral happening) and show this content in long form to an audience of a foreign language using the same shots that the videos in question used (20seconds max per one).

Can I even do this? Am I strictly limited to pictures and some videos that are related, but are not it?

You just want to snatch the victory out of other peoples hands and try and make money from it, instead of working yourself? Youtube is a piece of cake if you spend time studying, and don't get banned for shitty reasons like you will. Do your best and create good content. There is a huge demand for blender 3d software videos for example. Learn that.

I think I didn't explain the idea fully so I might as well do it.

animated avatar would be the host of the show + channel idea is talking about various viral events from english internet in my country, events and content that is mostly unknown in my country due to language barrier and algorithm differnces when not being on english internet. The things I would mention on this channel would get extra attention due to my viewers learning about it for the first time from my video (and me explaining briefly what is the video about, in case they can't understand the main video because of language barrier). Some of those would end up supporting the content creator/event I'd be talking about.

audio commentary, video short cuts from OG vid + stock + camera shots of my talking animated avatar, all blended together

now where does that put me in terms of monetization, I don't know.

I would love to hear more discussion about this subject.

What if I switch it up to use the minimum of the persons content, stock shots, AI generated shots and voiceover?

I am planning to have this commentary channel with a host monetized, but I won't start seriously grinding until im sure I can get monetized.

I guess I could use way more AI generated pics and stock videos with my commentary... But damn, didnt know its gonna be difficult to get monetized with this channel

I would reccomend tik tok shorts youtube i'm not sure but I see it sometimes i'd reccomend a dummy channel to try it tik tok mt beast straight up gave permission to use his content he grows when you do
